Had to leave in all the mommy daughter bloopers, too many to edit, hope they give you a giggle. For the “rice” you will need: 1/2 head cauliflower, 1/2 cup corn, 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, 2 scallions, 1 Tomato, 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning,1/2 to 1 Tablespoon hemp oil or other oil,optional diced jalapeno to taste. I used the shred blade on the food processor but next time I will use the s blade for a more rice consistency. it was really yummy though adn perfect with my avo salad.
