This is an excellent authentic Mexican rice recipe that I make as a side dish with all of my Mexican dishes. If you use tomato sauce then don’t forget to add mexican spices, salt and specially cumin powder. I had ready mexican suaces, so didn’t use much spices since sauce contains spices already.
